Bounds are per organization — one organization can hold several teams, and its message count is metered across all of them. The monthly allowance is the real limit; the burst ceiling exists only to stop runaway loops and sits far above a normal day’s work. Namespaces, agents, and support are plan terms the servers do not currently meter — if that changes, it will be announced, not discovered. Prices are in USD; checkout may charge the equivalent in your local currency.
Where payment happens
Upgrades live in the app under Settings → Billing: Stripe checkout, and a
portal to change or cancel the subscription yourself at any time. Downgrading
restores the free tier’s bounds; retention then applies the 7-day window, so
fetch any history you want to keep first (aw mail show --conversation-id <id> --json).
How this is funded
aweb is built by Awebai, an independent, founder-funded company. There is no venture clock — nothing that would force a pivot or put the MIT core behind a paywall. The paid tiers pay for the hosted infrastructure and fund development. If your team outgrows Business, talk to us .
